How exactly does it work?

We set up The Portrait Room in a fixed location at your venue — complete with backdrop, lighting & beautiful seating.

You + your guests can drop in any time throughout the night. As often as you like.

Our tip? The best time to start is right after your ceremony, while everyone’s looking fresh & glowy. From there, we keep capturing throughout cocktail hour - and beyond, if you’d like us to stay for the after-party!

Guests recieve a QR code to scan, view + download their photos on the night. The full gallery goes live by the end of the night. The wedding couple also receives an email link to download the entire collection the next day.

Add the Polaroid option for some tangible fun (legit, hard-copy keepsakes, captured on Cara’s Polaroid camera) for spontaneous snapshots to take home.

And yes, we’re absolutely available for late-night glamour, should you want us to keep the party portraits rolling into the night...

An industry veteran fashion photographer, Cara O’Dowd & a behind-the-scenes fashion stylist, Jess Bartlett.

Combining our shared love of photography, fashion & great parties, we’re there on the day to capture all your best angles, in the most beautiful light.

We adore what we do. And we have a lot of fun doing it.
